News Avengers, Disassemble: Intel Discontinues Avengers Edition CPUs

Are we sure that's what the company is named? : 3

Also, I think the processors did come bundled with the game, at least from certain retailers, for a limited time, despite Intel initially claiming otherwise. See this (now-out-of-stock) bundle item on newegg, for example...

I imagine this was only intended as a limited-time promotion anyway, so it would have probably been ending already even if the game had done well.

If they had read the article they linked "‘Marvel’s Avengers’ Has Not Recouped Its Development Costs, According To Square Enix" they would have got the name right. I think someone used a spellchecker and without noticing it changed the name.

It did...I purchased a 10850ka from Newegg in mid September and received codes for both the game and Intel character skins.

Yet another blue team fail. A week after purchasing my 5800X, I received a free code for Farcry5. Bound to be a far better game than Avengers and further adding value to what is a fantastic CPU range. Sorry Intel, you've had your chances since 2017 and you blew it.
