Average temperature for a AMD Ryzen 1600?

I have recently built a new pc (ryzen 1600, w/ a rx580 8gb) I was looking at my CPU temp in BIOS since i had to redo the thermal paste im getting 34c then flucuates to 54c in a course of a few mins idling, should i be worry becausd i feel like its going to overheat

54c is perfectly safe. The BIOS actually runs the CPU at full speed.

Sorry bout that down button i dont know how to work the site nd just clicked it wondering what it would do..but thanks for the answer. how can i check my cpu temp without using BIOS?
