Solution
Power supplies, graphics cards, the case and even the cooler can be surprisingly heavy.
Add them up if you can individually.

I am reluctant to weigh my pc on a scale to give you accurate info.

Lifting it, I would guess 25-30 pounds.

A scale, upon which you weigh yourself, often located in the bathroom/water closet/loo/the little room where you pee.
A device that will tell you how much you weigh, here on planet Earth, at approx sea level.

Stand upon this device. Take note of the reading. Possibly 150lbs / 68kg
Then, stand upon this device while holding the PC. Possibly 180lbs / 81kg
The difference is what your PC weighs. Add all the packing material.

Somewhere between 27 and 40lbs. Convert for your local weight measurement system.

When you take the pc package in to fedex or whatever, they will measure and weigh the package and calculate the proper shipping charge.
I imagine that the OP wanted to get some idea of the cost.

Me, I did not want to disconnect my cables and such to weigh the pc on a scale.
It would not match the pc the OP was shipping anyway.
