Avermedia live gamer capture card does it work on pci-e 2.0 slot?

As my title says would the capture card work on a pcie 2.0 slot?? Unfortunately i think my mobo only has 1 pci-e 3.0 16x slot and thats being used by my graphics card... Any ideas? Thanks

If you have another pci-e slot than that thing will work the version doesn't matter.
