AX4C Max 2 wont boot, no video

I just built a system with a AX4C mobo. After about 15 seconds, a voice in another language is trying to tell me something and I get no video. I have tried clearing cmos to no avail. I verified that my processor is supported with the part# and bios rev. Is there any other troubleshooting I can try before I start to switch out components?

Configuration:
AOpen AX4C Max II (91.8AU10.303, R2.00)
P4 Prescott 3.2mhz
Radeon 9600Pro
Corsair 512mb X 4

Yes, you could try booting with one stick of RAM.
