Hi. I have this issue with AYA NEO SLIDE handheld console - my mouse is not working sometimes. In the xbox app it wont work at all, nor when playing any games.
The mouse is controlled from the top left joystick. Sometimes it stops and the cursor dissapears. Its just like holding your xbox 360 controller attached to your pc and the analog failes to work the cursor.
I use analog for the mouse cursor to operate and navigate but that cursor wont operate without ayaspace. ALso when i launch a game such as pubg or age of empires, it dont work too.
Do i need Aya Space installed to operate the mouse?
