B&O Beomaster 2400-2 sensi-touch

Hello,
I have a B&O Beomaster 2400-2 2 touch-sensitive switch not working. Anyone familiar with this ?

So you have a bad transistor in the switching circuit.
You "thought" the case of the Beomaster was teak wood? It's particle board.

Damn! I always thought it was teak…

Not being a real tech, I’m hesitant about opening the unit.
I have looked at a schematic, it seems to be a transistor / capacitor switch circuit.
What I was wandering was, other than the top glass, does it involve another pad beneath the glass? What level of difficulty to access the transistor / capacitor ?

You need to send it to a B&O service center...
