Question B250m no display after bios update

Please someone help me just installed Msi bios update on a computer I’ve had for a while now and the thing doesn’t want to boot. Everything turns on lights fans ect. I’ve tried resetting cmos to no avail and trying it with only one stick of ram. Still no post. Motherboard is long out of warranty plz give me sm. Specs Msi b250m3 Gtx1060 16 gb ddr4 t force 3200 mhz

What BIOS version were you on and what BIOS version did you try updating to? How did you try to update the BIOS? Did you remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard, while the system was disconnected from the wall for 30 minutes before replacing the battery and powering up?

Make and model of your PSU and it's age?
