B250M Pro-Vd compatible?

I'd be more concerned about the case you are using if it supports mounting that h100i v2 rather than the mobo itself.

Note that the B250M Pro-VD only has 2x fan headers (1x CPU + 1x System Fan). If you are installing other case fans, be prepared to use either splitters/fan hubs or connecting fans directly via PSU.

Also, note that the mobo has 2x USB2.0 headers (one of which will be used by the h100i v2). So if you have other devices/USB ports that require such USB2.0 headers, know that you'll be left with only one available once you plug in that AIO.

On another note, since you are using a B250M mobo (non-OC'able), not sure why you want a 240mm AIO cooling system as non-OCable CPUs have fairly lower heat/temps that a good-quality air cooler can dissipate. Unless, of course, you are opting for aesthetics.
