I have a friend who bought a new laptop recently and had someone install the programs (such as MS Office) and all. Everything was fine whilest I was looking at the computer and we had even rebooted a couple times. Now however, it seems every time the laptop is booted up, it pops up with this error and I can't track down the source of it. There's hardly any programs and I already have antivirus scanning the system every day with no results, but this message pops up without fail every startup.

Am I missing something obvious? I've searched up and down and can only find that B2BMCStarter is a windows registry thing, but I'm not so sure that the registry would be corrupt day 2 of owning the machine.
