B350 tomahawk and rgb fans

Hello guys I'm about to build my first gaming pc and im just wondering if the B350 tomahawk motherboard has an rgb header for rgb fans. I can see in the bottom some pins saying "JLED1" but is that the same? If that's the one, can I connect 3 rgb fans on the mobo?

The LED ring powers up with just the regular CPU fan connector plugged in. Only thing is that it won't be able to be manipulated via MSI Gaming App
The header allows you to sync the LED of the cooler with the mobo animation, and it also allows you to cycle the cooler through 4 different colors. Red, Green, Yellow and Orange. So you cannot change it to specific colors of your desire like for instance purple

Anyway, the header you're looking for is JLED yes

Oh I see thanks a ton! Do you have any good silent rgb fans to recommend for my build? My budget will be around 40-60$ for the fans
