B350 tomahawk new PC build usb ports+display wont work

New pc build, brand new parts, fans work, led lights up, but USB and HDMI display won't work.

I am beyond frustrated and I have tried everything. Please help me. I don't know what to do anymore.

I can supply any and all pics, please help me step-by-step as stupid as it sounds. I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in, took out the RAM and put it back in. Although I am slightly confused about certain things.

Things I've already tried:
Taking out one stick of ram and trying to turn it on with just one.
I took everything apart and rebuilt it and still no luck.
I get no beep but heard newer models of mb don't even beep.
CD-rom works but USB + Display doesn't.

The motherboard HDMI port won't do anything because the CPU you chose doesn't have built-in graphics. You would have to have chosen a an APU Ryzen. You will have to have a graphics card or a different CPU.

B350 TOMAHAWK only support Onboard Graphics when using a 7th Gen A-series/ Athlon processor.

Windows 10 is supported OS.

That's for the HDMI port, but what about the USB ports, why don't they work? :/

Without a graphics card, it is difficult to say. It may not be booting just because there is no graphics card.
