Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
I have gigabyte b450 aorus elite and my bios got bricked (I was powering system up with screwdriver and I assume shot circuited wrong pin)
Assuming you were shorting the ins for the front panel, then no, shorting the wrong pins won't cause your motherboard to short out and corrupt your motherboard's BIOS chip.
I used CH341a to flash bios again but after i did first flash (I missed pins couple of times but it didn't changed how mb behaved) mb didn't turned leds on and cpu light was on after 2 or 3 flashes dram turned on and cpu light turned off.
If you flashed the BIOS the correct way using the programmer toolkit, you should have a functional motherboard. Have you tested all hardware on another known working platform to rule out your motherboard being faulty or if the BIOS chip itself needs replacing(not just a BIOS flash)?
