Between the Steel legend b450m (with the bios updated for 3°gen Ryzen) // 142 $
The MSI Tomahawk b450// 182$
And the Aorus Pro WiFi (with the bios updated for 3°gen Ryzen) b450// 182$

Wich one of them is the best option to use with a Ryzen 5 3600x ?

Those are the best prices here in Brazil, and if I Got the Steel Legend I may be able to buy and SSD and a Water Cooler

Make sure you buy a B450 that has an updated BIOS to boot the 3000 series. The MSI MAX boards do.

For the same money why not get a motherboard that will handle the 3000 series and the 4000 series for the same price if you live in the US?

as they share the same exact chipset they will respond almost identically. they will be limited to what b450 allows.
I would get the ASRock, its the cheapest, and as you said would allow an SSD and a cooler.

I have an ASRock board and love it, the b450-pro4f. took my 1500x to 4.0G.

I personally ran a 2600 (OC'd to 4 GHz) on an Asus ROG Strix B450-F and then ran a 3700x for about a moth on that same MB and it also performed very well.
So any decent B450 board should have no problem running a 3600x.
