[SOLVED] B450 Gaming Plus Max + M2

Hi everyone,

Quick question regarding the MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max Mobo - Amazon messed up and sent me a Samsung 970 Evo Plus (M2) instead of a Samsung 860 Evo (SSD). I also plan on having a 1TB WD HDD to install to this mobo.

ive seen some posts online that are confusing me regarding this -I still will be able to install the M2 and HDD into this mobo right? the M2 will house the OS and HDD will do everything else. One person said the M2 install would disable all the sata ports and im not sure if this is right or not.

If you look up your board on the MSI site, it says only SATA ports 5 and 6 will be disabled if using an M.2
