Question B450M-HDV r4.0 no display

I built my pc. I went to go boot up my pc which I have a gtx 1060 and a ryzen 5 3600. No display on my monitor. i have tired a lot and reset my CMOS by taking it out of my motherboard. i read I had to update my bios but I have a p 3.70 which is the current version. i really need help. Because I'm really not the best with this stuff.

Redid you make sure the cpu power is plugged in and the gpu power is plugged in if it has a 6 pin plug or any of that

Have you solved this issue? I have the same issue but I was thinking maybe my Ram Sticks were not compatible?
