Question B450M Ram Issue

Greetings everyone! I have little issue with my RAM lets start.
im using MB - B450M DS3H
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb (2x8gb) 3000mhz ( cmk16gx4m2b3000c15 )
Ryzen 5 2600, Stock Cooler
and 550 W PSU with GTX 1060
problem is that i cant reach more than 2666Mhz
Using XMP profile 1 ( cuz i have only 1 profile ) and automatically goes to 3000Mhz but when im safe and exit, pc wont start only Fans without red indicator or smting, need flash reset then turn on XMP again and down the multiplier to 2666mhz and then poof windows is running, i have a friend who using B350 with exactly same ram and reach 2933
C15-17-17-17-35 on XMP
trying also Command on T1 and T2 still nothing
i cant reach 2933, im using lastest BIOS update F42B
All chipset drivers etc and still cant reach 2933 Mhz
Im looking for a friendly help! Thanks everyone <3

There are NO motherboards that turn on XMP by default. XMP must always be user activated. Not sure where you got that idea Zitizen. Seems you've been responding to a lot of subjects you don't know much about. Maybe you should be a little more specific about what you reply to and stick to topics you are familiar with.

OK got it. I thought if it's 3000 then it'll run at 3000 once you put it in. Got some learning to do.

Indeed. That's ok though. You might want to read ALL of these. If you actually desire to learn. They are helpful and informative. Some sections are very basic, but there is also a lot of advanced and highly useful information in all three.
