I put together a computer with a new disc and a new processor ryzen 5 5600 x and after connecting everything, it does not display the screen on the monitor and writes no signal hdmi 2

and I don't know why this is so

The board might have wrong BIOS version. For this CPU it needs to be at least F60.

Starting BIOS for this board is F1. If the board has not been updated before it will not see your CPU.
Gigabyte names their BIOS versions as F<number>, where higher <number> means later version.
