Hello Guys!

Today I got my new pc parts to upgrade my PC. I paired these two components. Sadly I found I can't boot the system. The 1st attempt after plug everything and turning on, nothing happened. After hours of seach in Google, I found a BIOS upgrade was required using the Q-flash option. I did and after that, the system is running but with the Red led "CPU" on and both RAM rgb memories off. I changed to the other slot, using one stick and then it turned on but now a red led on "DRAM" is on. i don't know what is happening but I can't managed to get this rig work. Any suggestion or advice?

Important to notice, this MoBo requires 8+4 PIN psu cable to the mobo, my current PSU doesn't has the 4pin cable, so I'm only using the 8pin. Could this cause the problem? Any advice/suggestion would be appreciated , im desperate! 🙁

  • MoBo: B650 AORUS ELITE AX ICE
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
  • PSU: Corsair 850M 80+ Gold
  • Cooler: NZXT Kraken 240 RGB
  • GPU: RTX 3070 (to be changed)

I already did that and it's not working 🙁 I just discovered when I changed one ram module to A1, the ram turns on (the RGB) and now the red led it's on DRAM 🙁
1. put your first memory stick into slot A, leave slot B empty
2. put your first memory stick into slot B, leave slot A empty
3. put your second memory stick into slot A, leave slot B empty
4. put your second memory stick into slot B, leave slot A empty
Slot A means the second memory slot, and slot B means the fourth memory slot.
Check all these 4 situations and tell the result to me please.

Leave the 4pin of 8+4pin empty is OK, I tried that in the same motherboard.
