Built my first pc, following a tutorial by JayzTwoCents on what to do after you've finished building. Says to update bios to the latest version. Followed another tutorial on how to install the latest version (F23f). After updating bios, did not touch the pc for 30ish minutes but still no display signal. What should I do now?

All good now! Just had to power off the pc and turn it back on (don't know if that was the correct way to do but nut oh well)
I had same problem. I was building a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX which had the F31 version . I waited at least 15 minutes with nothing happening. I had to power down and when I powered back on it Posted and got back to BIOS but the version was still F31. Also, it appeared that the ram, m.2, video card etc was all recognized ok. Have you went into BIOS to see if it actually updated version to F32f. Also when I try to install windows now using usb flash i get the initial windows logo but then monitor loses signal even though the fans and leds are still running ok. The lights also go out on my gaming mouse and keyboard. Where you able to install windows. I had windows 10 media.

Interesting. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough but it should not take more than 10 minutes for bios to update. The fact that we had to power cycle the pc is not normal when you read up on the qflash process. This makes me think something else went wrong. So when you try to install windows 11 does it do the same thing that mine does and where you see a flash of the windows logo and then no signal. Monitor justs shuts off. Also Do you have your monitor connected to the hdmi of the video card or are you using the integrated graphics hdmi output from the motherboard. I tried both so far with same result. Here are some of the steps I was going to try:
1 . Try Use another flash drive the one i was using was old and repeat qflash to see if i can update to latest F32f.
2. Repeat with new flash drive windows 10 media installation.
3. If 1&2 don’t work start working backwards by removing video card. And repeat.

One more question for you on your motherboard there are 4 LEDs on the bottom right corner. Are anyof them lit up? I have one indicating Boot fail or no boot. The other 3 indicators are for CPU, GPU and DRAM which are not lit for me indicating those items pass.

Ok I tried doing Repeat with new flash drive windows 10 media installation but no Success. I did notice the following:
1 My PC does post and all of LEDs go out on the motherboard. These are the CPU, DRAM, GPU and BOOT. However when the PC tries to boot from the USB with Windows 10 media the CPU LED lights up. Does anyone know what this could mean? Also as a side here are the major components of my build which are being recognized as I see them in the BIOS:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
Motherboard: Gigabyte Eagle AX
GPU: ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0
Hardrive: Corsair MP600 CORE XT M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 4.0 x4
RAM: Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) CL36 6000MHz, Overclocking Desktop Gaming Memory, Intel XMP 3.0 & AMD Expo Compatible – Black CP2K16G60C36U5B
Power Supply: AGV Series 750W Power Supply
