Back audio input and output ports not working

Hi everyone, I have asus h110m-cs mobo. 1 month old. Usually play games on that (cpu: g4560, gpu: gtx 1050). I changed headphones for games and speakers for movies for about 4 times. Then once gaming i changed to headphones,It stopped working. Same the case with speakers. Tried reinstalling Realtek drivers bit didn't worked. Then i used the external usb sound card which made speakers and headphone work. So is this a hardware problem or any software issue?

Have you checked your "Playback" devices in "Control Panel > Sound"? Check if they are muted.
