Back audio jack not working on left side

Good evening!

I have a new Asus H81M-A/BR mobo that I bought to replace my old one and the back audio jack works only on the right side of my headphone!
I already tested the headset on another pc and worked just fine, on the front panel it works too and I already reinstaled and updated the audio drive several times! I already checked the default device on audio management too.

I don't know what to do anymore, can someone help?

Sounds like a bad solder joint or a faulty jack. You should talk to ASUS or the place you bought the board about a replacement.
