Backing Up Encrypted Drive

I have a machine Running Win 7 Enterprise x64, the drive has been encrypted with BitLocker. Recently the machine stopped booting (I believe this is due to a virus). I have tried normal boot, last known good configuration, safe mode w/ networking, safe mode and none of these will boot, they all get a BSOD. I am going to need to reimage the laptop, however I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to temporarily get access to the files on the encrypted drive so I can back them up before reimaging.

I have the BitLocker Recovery Key so that part is not an issue. Is there a Bootable CD that has the ability to unlock the drive or does anyone have any other ideas?

Best way I can think of is to plug the disk in a PC with Win7 and follow this procedure: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee424308%28v=ws.10%29
