[SOLVED] Backing up Registry Entries

I've made quite a few manual entries and changes to my registry in windows 10, is there a way to backup the changes and entries i have made so if i was to reinstall windows i can manually import those settings into the registry again?

An example would be to this i manually added entries to change the icons of all my drives in my computer.

I don't believe so. See below.
You can export the whole registry, but that would not be usable on a fresh OS install.
