Backlight bleeding on new LED monitor

So I just got an LG IPS236V from BestBuy and it has some backlight bleeding on the whole upper right hand corner and a little on the right edger and some in the left upper hand corner. Now I want to now if it is worth returning. Is it common to have this much bleeding? I only seem to notice it on a full black screen though

Also the bottom right and left corners look purplish on a black screen as well.

All LCDs have some bleed through, but it is usually fairly even. I would exchange it.
