Backspace held down. ! help

hello , i have a very weird problem. from time to time my backspace its seem to be held down even if i disconnect keyboard restart problem remains , i cannot access broswer to search the internet or any options at windows because everything i write or navigate with mouse it keeps bring me back!cannot do nothing when this problem occures. sometimes the problem remains for hours even after alot of restarts sometimes just for some minutes, i have win 10 64x i run bitdefender antivirus and seems everything to be clean. please help i cannot find any solution

see if sticky keys is enabled

its off..maybe its a software problem ? never had this problem with win 7

try malwarebytes as well.

it might be one of the programs you have running? backspace might be a command one of them uses.

Does keyboard have a program that runs it? Some like Logitech gaming keyboards have programs you can assign profiles too and change colours with.

I can't find anything like this, not for backspace anyway. some times ctrl gets stuck down for people
