Hello everyone,

I just ~finish the install of my new system based on an GA-AB350M-Gaming 3

So I want to make an image of my system partition. Normally I use Acronis True image or Paragon. (bootable USB)

Unfortunately True image freeze just after booted

paragon start but see only my sata, HDD, SSD and my SSD nvme m.2 drive (how is the system (windows) than I want to backup))

So my Windows is install as UEFI mode.

So what block the m.2 to be displayed in the paragon software ? Something related to the Secure Boot / TPM ? or the nvme support by the backup software ?

Thank you.

It’s probably a software issue where the developers haven’t coded it to recognize M.2 drives.

You could resort to using Windows’ own backup utility for time being until you find a software platform that works with NVMe drives.

Tank you Jwpanz ! really reactive ! unfortunately it appears that the included "backup" solution within Windows 8.1 do not create real image system, but just backup user file, ant not system file... so not a solution for me
