Bad company 2 pc crashing issue

Hi people im new to tomshardware but i have a problem with bad company 2 i bought it on steam when i play the game on my pc for about a couple minutes it freezes my computer so i have to turn it off and back on i changed my directx for bc2(Badcompany2) to directx 9 heres my pc specs

amd fx 8120 black edition

2x crossfire hd radeon 7790 sapphire dual-x oc edition

antec kuhler 620 cpu cooler

1x 1tb wd blue hdd

1x 500gb hdd seagate

corsair vengance blue 8 gb ram(2x4)

a msi 990fxa-gd80v2 motherboard

and thats all so will i need a sound card for bad company 2 because i heared other people had the same problem but when they got a sound card it didnt crash anymore

Then just borrow sound card from friend and then check it up.

you wanna return to default speed if you done overclocked your hardware.
