Is my CPU bad/dying or not OK anymore ?

System specs:

Q6600 / stock / scythe mugen (2x120mm fans)
P5QL-E
8GB DDR2 800MHz (Kingston + Corsair both 1.8v)
nVidia 560Ti (1y old)
Samsung F3 1TB (1y old)
Case Antec P182 with 3 fans (1 in / 2 out)

Getting BSOD few time a week with the code 0x124 with BUSL0_SRC_ERR_M_NOTIMEOUT_ERR (Proc 0 Bank 0) there is no specific process causing them. They are rare but can sometimes happen more than once in a day! My system can run without problems one week or two. They always occure on idle loads (not doing anything special / surfing, browsing files...). Had 0 of them in playing games, watching movies... so no BSOD under load. System run fine for 4+ years! (or 1+ year after replacing HDD and GPU).

My tests:

- It's prime95 stable (run 12+h with 0 errors)
- It's OCCT stable (run 12+h with no error)
- It's not overheating (no BSOD under load) load temps under 60 °C (140F), GPU under 60 °C
- It's memtest stable (run 16+h with 0 errors)
- HDD is healthy (Seatools tests PASS)
- GPU didn't make any problems / no BSOD related with it!

Bonus:

- Replaced PSU - same
- 1 memory stick - same
- MB,CPU,RAM,HDD only - same
- Fresh Windows install - same
- Safemode - same
- Another MB (from P5QL-E to P5Q) - same
- Reseated every component (new thermal paste...) - same
- Cleaned the case - same

First thing that happend after the first 0x124 was an overclocking failure on POST (nothing was overclocked). BIOS is up to date! (on both motherboard I tryed).

Oh and it's not vcore related, because it run fine for 4+ years on the same voltage (upping it didn't help).

It was overclocked to the moment the BSODs started. On 3.0GHz with 1.28v and there were no problems with it (no overheating)
