Hello,
I recently buy a new dell monitor. Supplied with 3 cables. And I saw that these cables are bad for gaming and I experience stutters, screen tearing, too dark colors, smooth etc. It was via DisplayPort cable. I just checked it via HDMI cable. That was better than DP, but it can't handle 280Hz. Can a bad DP cause these problems? I tried to change using some advice that was on the internet, for example: another DP connector. But it didn't help.

So will a VESA certified cable fix these problems ?

Need far more details. *Which* Dell monitor. *What* PC specs. I've never seen a cable cause stuttering.
Dell G2723H. The DP cable which I got is ktj8y-pa10-24j . I have an rtx 3070ti and thats connected to my monitor. Windows 10, 32 gb ram, i5-12400f. All my drivers are up to date. I saw that on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/ax4838/attention_display_port_users_i_might_have_a/
