Hi.
My setup is
ASUS ROG Strix B550-F GAMING
RTX 3060ti
Ryzen 7 3700x
32gb ram at 3200MHz

my question is:
i run the game in 1440p if i put everything on low with DLSS on ultra performance and refleks to "on"
when i do this i get around 120-140 fps jumping alot in that area.
but in return for the fps my game looks like utter garbage..
have anyone tried the difference of doing this vs setting higher grapichs on 1080p?
i would think putting the game on 1080p with everything on say high to ultra would benefit my fps more?

anyone have inputs here?
what would you do? is it better to do 1080p with high grapichs so the game looks "good"
or still do the 1440p with everything on low ?
what will look better in game and will the fps gain be high enough on 1080p to run the game on high/ultra but still get 144hz stable?

thanks for you information.

You can do that although it sounds like a gpu issue.
and tips? if it's a gpu problem? i tried resetting back one driver a little while ago but didn't make any difference.
i am currently at work but i can see what usage is when i get home, but i dont think its more then 70% and same for cpu

I'm curious but would an upgrade to a 5700X make a difference. Those cpu's are going for less than $200 atm.
I’m not 100% sure it is a cpu limitation but we can explore. I know Warzone 2 is really heavy on the cpu. I played Warzone 1 with my 3700X and 140fps was about what I got. I don’t play Warzone 2 as I didn’t like 1 although I like most other COD’s. I wanted to see if userbenchmarked showed any other possible issues, I am suspicious that mixing 2 RAM kits and getting them to run at 3600mhz requires good luck and are they actually running at stock speed.

My initial thought is a 5700X would not be enough of an upgrade to be worthwhile. I upgraded my 3700X to a 5800X3D which gives roughly a 30-40% boost in cpu heavy games. This is noticeable and I am pleased with it but it’s not a massive improvement, just a good improvement. A 5700X would be about 1/2 the increase, it might give some more fps on the counter but I expect not really enough to feel it and improve actually gameplay to justify buying a new cpu.

i just now tried to set screen res to 1080p instead of 1440p and there's like maybe 5-10 more fps in warzone..
would think i should be getting alot more fps gain going down from 1440p to 1080p?

But like i wrote, i have 4 ram bricks running, same make and modell but differwnt versions can that be the problem? Seems odd tho if that should take so much fps it runs stable @ 3200MHz
