Bad FPS with 780ti

hello, i recently got a 780ti. after installing the drivers, i noticed i didn't get good fps on BF4 or FC3. I would get 50-60 frames.My friend, who just has a 780, gets 120fps on both games.Thanks in advance.

All those other applications will use up RAM but if you have at least 8GB it shouldn't affect the game at all.

i dont think that 80% usage is 50-60fps and the 100% will be 120 that cant be true but if its supossed to hit 75 fps it can be true tho.
