Question Bad Fps with Good specs.

Hi I have a good pc but I don't feel like that I'm getting the best Fps from it, also my system keep freezing sometimes but not for so long.

My specs are:

GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10600K CPU @ 4.10GHz 4.10 GHz
RAM: One stick 16.0 GB - 2400Mhz
HDD: 1TB / SDD: 500GB
