Question Bad fps with GTX 1060 6gb, i7 3770

Here are my specs:
i7 3770
GTX 1060 6gb
8gb DDR3 memory
EVGA 400w (430 Total)
Just a dell Motherboard

Here is my problem:
So i get pretty "meh" fps in all the games, in fortnite, I rarely ever get above 150 fps on all low settings WITH 1152*1080 resolution. It drops to 50 frames when I look at tilted towers. This is where I get 50 fps (

) Similar specs have got way more frames than I do, I actually barely got a performance boost upgrading it from a 1050. Anything will help!

Exact model for your PSU? How old is it? What GPU were you working with prior? You specs don't make sense unless you list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If this is a prebuilt system's specs, list the SKU to your prebuilt.
