bad framerates in games due internet is on

whats up guys

i had a weird? problem
is when i play games with internet on my fps down to 35 in witcher3 for example
then exit the game unplug the ethernet cable,start the game(s) and have 60 fps(locked)
same in:
beamng
xplane
fsx
asseto corsa
rfactor2
all the games i tested

im not playing servers in any game just singleplayer

this happen since day one i build my new computer(2/3 weeks ago)

can be a virus?
u guys heard someting like this before?

That is strange.

So the internet connection itself isn't the issue as you're not playing online and, ultimately, that would potentially see ping issues, not FPS drops.

FPS issues are the result of something 'local' - your own hardware/software etc.

I suspect you have more going on in your rig that you realize when connected to the internet.... Your resources are being utilized elsewhere. Try to replicate the issue. While connected to the internet, see if you can see your lower FPS. Then open task manager and see what the largest resource 'hogs' are. Then do the same thing for an online game and compare.

How does your CPU/GPU/RAM utilization look during each scenario?

Could be a virus, could be updates etc. Does this happen every time you play while online?
