Question Bad graphics on Netflix

When it is dark in the movie I get this bad graphic.
Is this my system or is it a bug on Netflix?
I ve not noticed this on Youtube or in games.

Ok i solved this problem by using Microsoft Edge instead of Vivaldi browser.

now i have this problem with Microsoft edge that Netflix is a lil choppy.............=(
