Bad Internet Connection With PC, good with other devices? HELP

I have recently started getting bad internet connection when it comes to gaming or when using my computer, whenever I test my speed for my computer it says around 10-20 mbps, when i use the app on my ipad i get around 40-60 mbps, I dont know what is wrong with my computer, please help, I am very pissed at this and nothing is working!

Do you use wireless? If so try using wired and see if problem persists, if it does write back here with what you found out.
