Bad Memory or Bad Motheboard

got a new set or memory and now my system is rock solid. thanks for all the help!

Well... as per ssbsts... found the problem... the ram I had purchased is incompatable with all Core 2 Duo chipset mobo's ie: P965 etc... It was the OCZ Platinum XTC that caused the issue. I had to get Revision 2 of these ram modules by OCZ and that solved all of my problems...
