So I got a new PSU. RedTek 750W Gaming 120MM Fan Silent ATX Power Supply PSU 12V.
Installed it on my PC, Didn't work. Made sure about all the wires and so forth... Didn't work. Put back in my old 300 watt PSU. Worked perfectly. Its' for my new GTX 770. Tried without vid card, One ram, One HDD, and took out my CPU just to make sure. Didn't work with the new 750W but with the old 300W without the vid card, but put in my old GT 430 and it worked fine as well. What is the issue? PSU?

Solution
You can try the paperclip and fan test to see if the new PSU will spin up, but from your descripiton, it certainly sounds like your new PSU is DOA.

If you can get a refund, you'd be well advised to get one of the PSUs listed in the list linked below. Preferably a Tier 3 or higher. Your RedTek is a bit of a no-name brand. That doesn't mean that it's bad necessarily, but you're much more likely to get a good one off this list. The no-name PSUs have a bad habit of frying systems and starting fires. Stick with something that is well reviewed and gets good marks - it may cost more but it's worth it.
