[SOLVED] bad noise from hdd and cant access it

i got this sound when i try to use my old 500 gb hdd WD green

and my device manger , bios and hdd software cant dedect it
as thier any way to fix it or can i open it and see if the head is stuck ? and move it away from the plat ?

Opening a hard drive will introduce microscopic dust and debris which can damage it even more.

Contact a data recovery service if you need the data. If not, buy a new drive.

If it is making new noises, and nothing can detect it....it is dead. Gone. Pushing up the daisies.
It is an ex-drive.

If there is any life changing data on it....send it off to some data recovery service.
This will cost significant $$$.
