Question bad pci-e slot ?

Hi , I got some trouble with my rig... i delided my i7 9700k for direct die cooling.
but then like an idiot while replacing the protection platisc for the socket Ibend 2-3 pins..OOOFF.
When I booted up the system for testing everything worked but then when i connected the GPU (rtx 2060 btw) i got no signal..
Boot direct on the IGPU without detecting anything with windows after
so there are two way :

• Motherboard with bend pin
• CPU with something wrong after delid

But I also have an M.2 NVME drive that work completely fine

My mobo has only one pci-e 16x slot
but also an 1x slot
I will try to plug my GPU with an adapter thing like for miners ect.. see if it works

I am ok to swap my mobo if it's dead but it's gonna be more difficult if the damage is on the CPU
is it possible that the CPU pci controller goes bad after delid ?

You bent pins on the motherboard so I suggest the motherboard needs replacement unless you can unbend the pins

I just tested an adapter for 1x to 16x pcie slot and it works so yeah thanks..
