I would think this bugcheck is most likely caused by the two overclocking drivers you have installed.
system up time was 5 minutes 23 seconds.
(I would remove the GPU overclocking or both the CPU and GPU overclocking for this error)
the bugcheck shown in the memory dump provided was bugcheck 0x119
VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR
this is common when you run GPU and CPU overclocking software.
try and uninstall both of these this overclocking drivers:
(Part of AMD Fuel )
C:\Program Files\AMD\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\AODDriver2.sys Tue Feb 11 03:06:52 2014
and this overclocking driver:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility\Drivers\IocDriver\64bit\iocbios2.sys Thu May 28 13:42:10 2015
you should also update your motherboard drivers to the current versions
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H81M-E34.html#down-driver&Win10 64
(make sure this is the correct motherboard, they have updates that came out after windows 10 build 10240.16841
came out)
you also have some old drivers installed:
Power Technology's DFX Audio Enhancer
might be a current version here:http://www.fxsound.com/dfx/download.php
\system32\drivers\dfx11_1x64.sys Tue Aug 28 12:10:34 2012
Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver

\DRIVERS\vbaudio_vmvaio64_win7.sys Mon Apr 21 02:05:09 2014 (I would check to see if you can find a update)
