I just built a new PC using a new motherboard with the newer memory ddr4 but kept my older power supply of just under 1000 watts because some of the slots of my memory were found bad on my old desktop after testing them with memtest. Now that I've had a completely new machine with new parts but with the same power supply and storage drives I have had three to four different BSOD memory errors in the past half year. I starting to think that either my power supply can't keep enough power to power everything or that since I live in a smaller older one bedroom apartment that I simply don't have enough power available to power my new Gaming Desktop. I'd rather not have to spend money on new power supply and will try switching to an APC UPS from a surge protector. I only have one graphics card, three storage drives, two disc drives and four sticks of ddr4 ram and also a closed loop liquid cooler and skylake i7.
-Thanks
