Bad PS

I'm pretty certain I've got a bad PS, but I just want to run this by folks who may have seen this problem before.

My PC doesn't boot if I plug it into a 6-plug power strip, but it comes up if I plug it directly into it's own wall socket. Nothing else on the power strip has problems.

Also, I added a CD-RW to the system. But if I plug in both my old CD-ROM and the CD-RW, the system refuses to boot.

What do you think?

Sounds like the power supply's on its last legs. Replace it.
