Question Bad PSU making lag?

so my pc spec:7700k,16gb,gtx 1080 wf
And my PSU is Zalman LX-500, can i have stuttering/micro-freezes in games cause its bad?

Don`t suggest:
fresh nvidia install/reinstall OC/any bios stuff/cpu-gpu-ram-ssd issues/drivers stuff and etc.

Yes, that is the bad PSU, you have to buy a good brand 550W PSU at least.
If you want to try, remove the gtx1080, you can run your PC very well.

thx for answer, my mobo doesnt have displayport for my 144 monitor, so cant check it
Btw it can be cpu overheating?(sometimes 7700k spikes to ~88c, but average like 65-70c, when tjmax is 100c, it can`t be a problem i guess).
Or it can be mobo side issue?(Z170-P my motherboard, but same lags was on 6700k)
No way to other side problems.

Are you OC'ing the 7700K ?

anyway your PSU is not a good one , and even if it was it doesnt have sufficient wattage for your system

no, its maybe 212 weak issue or bad case cooling, anyway it should be fine with this temps.
Gotcha about PSU, but one question, how 500w can be not enough for ~350w? Or i don`t understand something?
