Bad psu sound

It's kind of hard to tell but it sounds like a noisy fan....either the blades are hitting something or the bearings are on the way out.

Actually, there's not much else it can be.

the sound at the end sounds like something vibrating. Just when the fan gets to X speed, something is reverb-ing.
I would hold things to make sure they aren't vibrating at all, if the sound is still there, change the fan.
