Bad SLI scaling in Fallout 4?

Got 1080 Ti SLI, and Fallout 4 scaling is terrible. Will Nvidia inspector do any good or should I revert to 360ish Nvidia drivers to fix my issues? Thanks in advance.

Are you running the HD pack, or fully updated game.
