Bad SSD Usable?

Unfortunately when setting up my liquid cooling I accidentally soaked my SSD. I let it dry and started it up and it booted find (the operating system was on the SSD) but as i'd use my computer it would randomly freeze up. So from my limited knowledge I assume that their is still part of the drive that is okay and some that isn't.

My question is: Is it possible to run a test and partition or not use the damaged section and salvage the drive for other purposes?

Download crystaldiskmark and crystaldiskinfo. They are free and you will get a lot of good info about your ssd.
