I'm having a significant amount of stuttering on all of my games after 15 hours or so of activity. It only goes away after I restart Windows but only for 10-15 hours, then it comes back. I keep my pc on 24/7 and I've found on Google that theoretically, I should only restart Windows once a week.
The only apps I always use are my browser(Chrome, 15 tabs) and the multimedia player(PotPlayer, 5 instances). Other than that, it's just games like Assetto Corsa, Call of Duty and Euro Truck Simulator 2.
What could this be?
My pc:
Windows 11 24H2
CPU: FX6300
MB: Asus M5A78L-M LX V2
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: R7 240 2GB
3 HD + 2 SSDs
PSU: Gamemax GP 650
