Question Bad System Config Error

Hi everyone, i have a pc specialist pc but yesterday, i accidentaly switched it of by the power button on the back, as the front power button wont work, fast forward a day later, it just jeeps rebooting saying bad system config error, i have tried to boot it 3 times to get to the troubleshooting settings but that wont work, i need help please

Can you tell us what is in your computer?

Everything from the CPU to the power supply (make, model, age).. gpu, memory, hard drive/SSD basically everything in your build.

All i know is that its an rtx 2030 and a i7, i cant access my actual specs because i cant get onto my computer

It says this on the back of the pc - PIN PC1- 1421473 and then SIN 1421473001

I can also access the uefi bios settings from the asus settimgs thing but i cant find anything to help on there

Ok, on the bios screen set it to simple or easy mode, hopefully some information will be shown like… motherboard type, processor name, memory type

Could be

bootloader corruption,​

OS filesystem corruption,​

failed OS drive.​

How many drives in the system?

You'll have to obtain windows installation USB media,
boot from it and
perform certain operations, to diagnose state of your system.

When you have booted from windows installation media,
press Shift+F10, to open command prompt,
execute following commands, make a photo of your screen and show here
(it may require making multiple photos, to show all output)

list disk​

select disk 0​

list partition​

list volume​

Remove UEFI PXE IP4 Realtek - from Boot priority.
You probably will never in your life have to boot from network.

It just delays boot process and gives warnings about inability to boot from network.

Switch to advanced mode and edit boot priority list.
Disable unnecessary items in boot priority list.

BTW - does your system have only a single mechanical HDD ?
No SSD in your system?

I have disabled the uefi qs boot option #2 so only windows boot manager is on there

So - M.2 slot is empty. No SSD there.

Can you show photo of drive cage from the other side?
I can see only a single mechanical HDD in drive cage.
May be there's another drive under it?

So - no SSD. Just a single mechanical HDD.

No. That would just give information about partitions on your HDD.
